Laser Does Not Emit Light

The first thing you need to do is to press the test button to check the ammeter status. You will know if the power is turned off or is a broken lens. Check is there is water circulation because that’s what would be the problem.
Engraving Different Depth
Another problem with laser engraving machines is the engraving depth. It is common to find out that even after setting the engraving depth, the machine is not delivering that depth. Sometimes, it could be that the machine is not engraving at all. For this problem, check the cooling system. You also need to check the focal length and the light path. The problem could also be the wrong substrate.
Engraving Font Deformation
The problem of font deformation is also very common but easy to fix. There are several things that you need to check out. One of the major causes is a loss laser head. The problem is usually caused by the wear and tear of the laser head pulley. Just have it fixed. You also might also need to adjust the Y-axis and X-axis because they could be the problem.
Computer Cannot Output For the Machines
There are cases when you find out that the computer cannot output for the laser engraving machines. In such cases, you will notice that the machine cannot work at all. The problem could be the software. Therefore, you need to check the condition of the software parameters. If possible, please reset them. If possible, reset the entire machine.
